2 tbsp of Spice Pantry Tandoori Spice Blend
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt. (240ml)
- 4 chicken legs (you can use 8 thighs)
Serve on its own or with rice

Let's Prep!

So simple!! Dry the chicken, mix the Greek yoghurt and spice Pantry Tandoori spice Blend in a bowl. Add the chicken, making sure it is fully covered in the mixture and pop in the fridge for at least two hours (overnight would be great).

Preheat the oven to 400°f/ 200°c/ 180°c fan/ gas mark 6.

Add the chicken to a baking tray in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, baste with a little olive oil and turn then baste the other side with oil as well. Bake for a further 20 minutes. Grill for a few minutes if you want crispy charred skin.

Once the time is up check the chicken temperature, it should be 165°f/ 74°c. You can keep cooking if you want a bit of charring on the chicken, do this for 2-3 minutes at a time but be careful not to burn them.
