I love the texture of chicken and eat chicken more than any other meat, but on its own its very ordinary. Even the darker meat is well - bland! Chicken needs herbs,chillies and spices, a sauce, a dry rub or a marinade to make it zing. And zing it does with our carefully created spice blends!
