Love beef! Generally the slower its cooked for cheaper cuts the better (not teaching you to suck eggs here!) the slow cooker method is amazing for hearty stews and curries,, chilli con carne or spaghetti Bolognese.  Beef steaks are also a favourite of mine and there are many different recipes on here to choose from. Burgers - so easy to do at home, better than the supermarkets and lots of different blends to choose from - enjoy!
