Ingredients

2 tbsp Spice Pantry Za’atar Spice Blend
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or 2 breasts or 4 legs or any combination you like.
4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon or 45ml lemon juice

2 tbsp Spice Pantry Chip Seasoning Blend
4 medium-sized potatoes, cut in half or quartered depending on size.

Let’s Prep

Add the Spice Pantry Za’atar Spice Blend, salt, pepper, garlic and 4 tbsp of olive oil and mix it all together, making a paste.

Rub the paste all over the chicken and drizzle with the lemon juice.

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with 2 tbsp of Spice Pantry Chip Seasoning and 4tbs of olive oil until well coated.

Preheat your oven to 400°f/ 200°c/180°c fan/gas mark 6

Add the chicken to one side of a baking tray and the potatoes to the other. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy. If you have a meat thermometer the temperature of the chicken should be 165°f/ 74°c.
Serving suggestion

Remove from the oven and serve with vegetables and chicken gravy - lovely!

Or Crush some cherry tomatoes, add a little garlic and chilli powder and with a dash of olive oil, heat for 10 minutes stirring regularly. This will add a tasty side dish.
