Directions
Let's Prep!
-
Before cooking your steaks, you should tenderize them. Give them a bash. Can be taken straight out of the fridge but some chefs say leave our for half an hour before use. I never do and they are fine.
-
Mix 1 tbs of Spice Pantry Cowboy Steak Blend with the olive oil and cover your steaks in the mixture. You can leave them to marinate for a few hours or whilst cooking the steaks you can keep spooning over the juices to make sure they are full of flavour.
Let's Cook!
Stove Top
-
Heat your pan on a medium/high heat and then add oil to it, place your steaks carefully into the pan and cook.
-
Rough guide for steak cooking: 1 minutes each side for blue, 2 minutes each side for rare, 3 minutes each side for medium rare, 4 minutes each side for medium and 5 minutes each side for well done.

Leave it to rest. Cover forming a tent with foil and just leave it alone for 5 minutes.
Air Fryer
-
Preheat your air fryer for 2 minutes at 200°c, then place your steaks in a single layer.
-
Cook for 4 minutes, turn the steak and cook for another 4 minutes. This will give you medium cooked steaks.
-
Add another 2 minutes each side for well done.
-
Leave it to rest. Cover forming a tent with foil and just leave it alone for 5 minutes. .
