We all love a sausage! But I like to add a little something to make it extra special. I have mixed garlic, oregano, onion powder a touch of black pepper, bit of salt and a little fire with cayenne pepper to this sausage seasoning mix and its delicious! Turns every sausages into a taste extravaganza! enjoy!

Perfect barbecue food or in a roll. Discovered this a few years ago and have made it often since. Love the sweetness combined with the savoury of the sausage. Any sausage will work but we prefer the plain pork ones.

Directions
Let's Prep!
-
Take your 2 tbsp of Spice Pantry Sausage Delight and the olive oil and mix in a small bowl, then cover all the sausages with the mixture. You can if you wish just sprinkle the blend over the sausages without mixing with oil as a dry rub.
Let's Cook!
Oven Cook
-
Set oven to 425°f/ 220°/ 200° fan/ Gas mark 7
-
Cook sausages for 20 minutes turning once.
-
After20 minutes take them out and drizzle over the honey. Put back in the oven for a further 10 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Stove top
-
Cook on a medium/low heat with a splash of oil, turning every so often until they are close to being cooked, then drizzle with honey and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Air Fryer
-
Arrange sausages in a single layer and set Air fryer to 180°c and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until the sausages are nearly cooked, then drizzle with honey and cook for a further 5 minutes. Use a silico tray, the honey will make a mess!
Barbecue
-
Cook sausages until nearly done then drizzle with honey. Don’t drizzle and then put back on the barbecue unless your using a griddle. Way to much mess.
Enjoy!
-
Serve in a bun, we like using toasted ciabatta rolls but brioche, burger buns or even a crusty white roll will work just fine. Also, very good sliced up in sandwiches with a dollop of mayonnaise and are a fantastic addition for picnics and barbecues.
