1 tbsp Spice Pantry Slow Cooker Lamb Curry Blend
- 500g diced lamb
4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion Sliced
2 tbsp tomato puree
- 200ml chicken stock
50g plain yoghurt
Serve with rice, poppadom’s, samosas, naan bread and bhaji’s

Using a large bowl mix your diced lamb with the Spice Pantry Lamb curry Blend, making sure all the meat is covered with the spices. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Let’s cook
Slow cooker

Using the oil, fry the onions on medium heat for 5 minutes and then add the spiced lamb. Cook until seared.

Add the meat, onions, tomato puree and chicken stock to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours, turn the cooker off and let it sit for 5-10 minutes then stir in the Greek yoghurt. That’s it!
