6 tbsp Olive oil to mix
4 Pork steaks
Great as part of a barbecue. New potatoes, roast potatoes, mash, savoury rice, chips, vegetables. Choose your favourites. Chicken gravy, new pots and veg for me!

In a small bowl combine 2 tbs of Porkalicious Steak Blend with the olive oil and brush over both sides of the steaks.
Let’s cook
Oven cook

Cook in a preheated oven at 400°f/ 200°c / 180°C fan / Gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil for the first 10 minutes and then turn over to brown off. If you have a cooking thermometer the internal temperature should be 160°f/ 70°c.
Air fryer

This is my favourite method for cooking pork. No need to preheat and the pork stays moist and tender. Set to 180°c, then add your steaks in a single layer and cook for 14 - 16 minutes turning halfway, the internal temperature should be 160°f/ 70°c.
Stove top

You can pan fry the pork steaks on medium for about 6-8 minutes each side depending on the thickness of the steaks, the internal temperature should be 160°f/ 70°c.

We have added this to our super sarnie kit as well because cold pork sandwiches are one of my favourite things. Slice the steaks and add to your bread and filling of choice. For me its mayo!
