Directions
Let's Prep!
-
In a bowl combine 4 tbsp of olive oil and 4 tsp of Spice Pantry Korean Spicy Barbecue Blend.
-
Lightly brush and cover the steaks with the combined mixture, making sure you cover both sides.
Let's Cook!
Air Fryer (preferred method with pork as it stays so moist)
-
Place your pork in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 160°c, then turn and cook for a further 10 minutes or until pork is fully cooked. If you have a meat thermometer, then the internal temperature should be a minimum of 68°c or 154°f. Cover with foil and rest for at least three minutes
Oven Cook
-
Heat oven to 200°c/ 180°c fan/ gas mark 6
-
Place pork on an oiled baking sheet loosely covered with foil for 10 minutes. Remove foil and put to one side. Turn the pork and cook for a further 6-10 minutes. Remove from oven and use discarded foil to cover and rest for a few minutes.
Stove Top
-
Add oil to your pan or skillet on medium heat. Place the pork in the pan and cook for 6 minutes each side. Cover in foil and rest for a few minutes. If you have a meat thermometer the temperature should be at least 68°c or 154°f before covering in foil.

Savoury rice and fried tomatoes are a great combination with this. It add the punch and moisture of the tomatoes and they are easy to cook while your pork is cooking.

Chips? Go on. You know it makes sense to have a few on the side. Use in place of the savoury rice. Take a look at our chip seasoning recipe for perfect crispy healthy chips.
