I wasn’t sure I liked this! The first mouthful was hmm ok. Halfway through I was loving it and at the end I wanted to make some more! It’s addictive in a good way! Super simple as all our recipes are, it takes 35 mins from start to finish and gives you an authentic Indian dish that has become a favourite of mine.

This recipe is quite spicey, you can use plain yogurt, cream, coconut milk or 1 tsp of sugar at the end if you want a milder taste.
