Ingredients
8 chicken thighs and 8 drumsticks can substitute with chicken breast in strips
- 3 spring onions, shredded, to finish.

1 tbsp Spice Pantry Five Spice Seasoning Blend
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp of ground ginger
4 tbsp rice wine or white wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp clear honey
- Serve with rice and maybe some stir fried vegetables
For the Marinade

Let’s Prep

Blend together all the marinade ingredients, keep a little to the side for basting then add the chicken, make sure it is all covered and then cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°f/180°c/ 160°c fan/ gas mark 4

Take the chicken out of the marinade and place into a lightly oiled roasting tin, discard the marinade.

Cook for 40 minutes, pour over the saved marinade and continue to cook for another 30 minutes until golden and sticky. Finally, cover with the shredded spring onion.
