Butter up your chicken with our blend of exotic spices
This Butter Chicken Spice Blend, AKA "Murgh Makhani", is a family fave that will help you whip up the perfect curry in no time - and it's drool-worthy! It's a no-brainer for newbies or for those who don't like things TOO spicy. A great intro to curries and although i have eaten hundreds (ok thousands) of curries in my time is still revisit butter chicken often because it's so good.

You can also add our Spice Pantry Curry Roast Potatoes Blend to potatoes and roast them. We think hey are better than Bombay potatoes!
Recipe Note
To make the cashew paste you just need to blend or use a rolling pin and crush the cashews. Add a little water and you then have cashew paste. If you don't have cashes peanuts will do. If you can only get salted cashew or peanuts then wash them in cold water first to remove the salt.
