This is such a versatile spice blend, it works on pretty much everything. Probably our most used spice blend at home. This is a simple spice paste that changes the whole taste of the sausage.

Directions
Let's Prep!
-
Take your Spice Pantry Barbecue Spice Blend and add olive oil and mix in a small bowl, then cover all the sausages with the spice blend. You can if you wish just sprinkle the blend over the sausages and rub it in without mixing with oil. It makes for a more intense flavour.
Let's Cook!
Oven Cook
-
Set oven to 425°f/220°c/ 200°c fan/ Gas mark 7. Cook sausages for 25 - 30 minutes turning once.
Barbecue
-
C’mon its a barbie, throw it on, toss it about and drink beer!
Stove top
-
Cook on a medium heat with a splash of oil, turning every so often until they are fully cooked (about twenty minutes).
Air Fryer
-
Arrange sausages in a single layer and set Air fryer to 180°c and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until the sausages are cooked through.
Enjoy!
-
Serve in a bun, we like using toasted ciabatta rolls but brioche, burger buns or even a crusty white roll will work just fine. Also, very good sliced up in sandwiches the next day. We always cook more so we have a packed lunch next day!
